Good
Do staff dos restaurantes CASA MIA, LIBANESE THE MANAGER OF STELLA GARDEN AND STELLA BEACH. Marina was great and all the guys from the bar was so nice and patiente with us!
Russeim from recepcion, food at the main restaurante wasnt good, a lot of quantiyi but no quality!

What was the highlight of Stella Beach Resort & Spa, Makadi Bay
Everything great other than 1 incident
Almost everything was absolutely perfect. We had a great, big, clean room, the food was plenty of variety, quality was great (we didn't like the cake though), snorkeling was great, pools were nice, the poolbar was really good, we overall had an amazing time apart from one thing. Staff is also extremely friendly and kind.
Unfortunately because of that 1 incident I'm not giving them 10 stars. So we had a great time, stayed there 7 nights, got the flu on day 5 what was really unpleasant but nothing could have been done other than resting and getting better so especially for our last night we wanted a good night sleep for our flight home the next day. In that last night at 3:15 am we woke up cause someone was playing Arabic music right outside our room until suddenly someone entered our room with their card (so it must have been a worker) we started yelling and were fully in shock, the guy left saying "I'm so sorry". That made us stay up the rest of the night cause we couldn't sleep anymore, also questioning why the f*** someone would walk into our room? That was really a shocking experience. Next day at checkout tried explaining it to the receptionist, didn't understand neither German nor English, how can you be a receptionist not knowing English? How does that work? Anyway very disappointing, not going back there. Dear Hotel, if you read this, please explain me why one of your employees entered room nr. 7090 at 3:15 am on Sunday 1st October? I'd really be curious to know.

A very enjoyable family experience
Decor was beautiful. Really well thought out. Very clean. Suitable for everyone. Huge beach. Great food. General Manager of the hotel Mr Andreas was amazing. Couldn’t do enough for the guests. Also Mr Hany.

Very Good
Pool is good , room is clean and good aslo room size so good , view from room was nice, surprised me on my son birthday with cake
The beach was so bad need to walk around 50 meter to reach the water, No variety in buffet comparing with other 5 star hotels and sweets teasing wasn’t so good except that was so good poor reception and poor Wi-Fi connection on reception you have to pay to get internet connection Animation team wasn’t active at all
