Very Good

Everything, honestly. Would definitely come back again 100%.

The only issue in my accommodation was that my suite door lock was jammed. In the resort's main restaurant, there was a specific waiter who I didn't like the attitude of towards my sister in law.

Pool is good , room is clean and good aslo room size so good , view from room was nice, surprised me on my son birthday with cake

The beach was so bad need to walk around 50 meter to reach the water, No variety in buffet comparing with other 5 star hotels and sweets teasing wasn’t so good except that was so good poor reception and poor Wi-Fi connection on reception you have to pay to get internet connection Animation team wasn’t active at all

Beach was good.

Food is whithout pay means trasfood. You cant cant swimm at the beach only 100 m walk. You should pay extra money for anything, forexample popcorn, not local coctails.

the staff is awesome, Mr Ali at the reception gave us very comfortable big room when he saw i have 2 kids with garden and extra 2 beds on the ground floor which was great to us as a 4 members family. Also the guy on the popcorn section was very kind to my child event when he made crisis :D Finally would like to thank the beach buggy he was very nice also to my kid .

food quality must be improved hotel capacity was fully booked and very crowd .

Everything great other than 1 incident

Almost everything was absolutely perfect. We had a great, big, clean room, the food was plenty of variety, quality was great (we didn't like the cake though), snorkeling was great, pools were nice, the poolbar was really good, we overall had an amazing time apart from one thing. Staff is also extremely friendly and kind.

Unfortunately because of that 1 incident I'm not giving them 10 stars. So we had a great time, stayed there 7 nights, got the flu on day 5 what was really unpleasant but nothing could have been done other than resting and getting better so especially for our last night we wanted a good night sleep for our flight home the next day. In that last night at 3:15 am we woke up cause someone was playing Arabic music right outside our room until suddenly someone entered our room with their card (so it must have been a worker) we started yelling and were fully in shock, the guy left saying "I'm so sorry". That made us stay up the rest of the night cause we couldn't sleep anymore, also questioning why the f*** someone would walk into our room? That was really a shocking experience. Next day at checkout tried explaining it to the receptionist, didn't understand neither German nor English, how can you be a receptionist not knowing English? How does that work? Anyway very disappointing, not going back there. Dear Hotel, if you read this, please explain me why one of your employees entered room nr. 7090 at 3:15 am on Sunday 1st October? I'd really be curious to know.

Wonderful

Great resort for families, the double deluxe room was great, spacious and clean and 2 extra beds were provided for the kids. The hotel facilities were really good, plenty of pools to choose from, being on the beachfront was lovely, all inclusive buffet food was really good with plenty of choice everyday. The spa massage was amazing and they even looked after the kids in the jacuzzi.

The communication was a bit lacking prior to our stay as I was not able to get a confirmation from them that 2 extra beds would be provided in the room for the kids. Booking.com should either put it in the deluxe double room description. But once we got there and the beds had been provided in the room, we were happy and really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay at Stella beach

Rooms are great! Big, very modern and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Especially Kerolis on the pool bar, what a star! Food was very good in the main restaurant. Good quality food and drinks.

The pool areas are a little old and tired and could do with modernising.

We have enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding service, the cleaning service was excellent, good food. When we went on a tour, we asked at the reception for something to eat and were prepared a nice breakfast box. On our departure day, one of us has forgotten the phone in the room. When we called the reception, they sent someone who brought the phone while we were returning to the hotel.

We had some minor problems with the wifi in our room (for which you have to aditionally pay)

The prevailing wind on the beach is from the sea so it was quite cold in December. The capacity of reception is clearly insufficient. The noise from stage was annoying even the second room in the "quiet area"

Exceptional

Everything. All the staff were amazing,anything you asked, they did help immediately. The food was brilliant and varied, nice and comfortable room, own beach with a beautiful coral reef for snorkeling. There is a riding opportunity programme, which is a must if you like horseriding. I am an experienced rider, and the 4 hours desert riding was the crown of my holiday. But also enjoyable for beginners.

The WiFi was only at the reception hall, and it was rubbish.

Overall fun and friendly hotel but not luxurious or relaxing

1. Rooms are too poor for a 5 star hotel, tried two rooms. 2.Animation team is very good but they make too much noise everywhere at the beach nonstop! Staff are obviously overwhelmed by no. of guests. 3. Good coffee is only available at open buffet or with extra charge. 4. Beach floor is very bad not natural sand. 5. Gym is very poor.

1. Staff especially Mr. Rizk the front office manager was excepionally friendly and professional, he saved the vacation. 2. Food quality and variety is good enough but nothing is exceptional.
